Title: Need a catchdog in NE Texas Post by: redriverslim on December 20, 2009, 07:32:54 pm In need of a good solid catchdog. Dogo, Pit, AB, Catdo, Cross, I don't give a damn? Must catch 100% on the ear/side of head every time. Not looking for a started catchdog. I want one that has caught "MANY" hogs in the woods, wearing a cut-vest/collar, going straight to the bay every time. Must get along with ALL other dogs, ride in the box w/ other dogs. Must have all his teeth. Must keep his mouth shut while the strike dogs hunt, no barking on 4-wheeler. Now I don't care if he gets excited when the strike dogs bay and makes a little noise, but this barking on the back of the 4-wheeler just cause he wants off, that aint gonna cut it. I want one that when he's caught, you have to break him off a dead hog with a break stick. This dog will be catching hogs for kids to stick, so it MUST be guaranteed 100% SOLID. PLEASE . . . Don't call me with culls, there will be 8 and 9 yr old kids behind this dog. I want something that is an athlete that can run if it has to. I DON'T need something that "should make a good catchdog" . . . I need the GENUINE GOODS. I can drive within a couple of hours from Texarkana, TX.
