Title: clay targets
Post by: Caney Creek Hog Doggers on February 19, 2010, 02:35:25 pm
I had a land owner ask me a ? today that I could not answer. He asked if I have heard of crushing clay targets up and putting them in cattle feed, he said it's supposed to kill the hogs when they eat it. Have ya"ll tried or heard of this?

Never had? But if you find out that it works for sure, we won't have any skeet to shoot. ;D But if it works I sure would like to know.

Yes it does work. Pigs can't digest some thing in them. It also falls under poisoning and carries the same punishment.

They used to have a warning on the box " do not let hog ingest" It's been a while since I've bought any though.
