Title: Neutering Post by: jerryg on March 16, 2010, 02:17:14 pm I have decided to have my male agressive dog neutered. I have a question, will I be able to run him (tracking wounded deer) with my female if she is in heat? My concern is will his mind be in tracking or trying to mounting her?

Most of these neutered males knew what they were before we neutered them, but still lost their sex drive. We have an aussie that was grown but still squatted to pee when we fixed him. He will to this day (4 years after neutering) mount and tie up with a bitch in heat. He is the only one who does this.
