Off 45 south of dallas and north of houston i would say about half way from both.... Good tourny location for the north vs the south ;D

This tournament has a required weigh-in both Satuday and Sunday. That makes it tough for long distance out-of-towners.  Seems like a good tournament if you live and hunt within reasonable driving distance.

I'm posting this up for Cole McVeay.  I've already paid up for the Cazadores contest.  See you in Pearsall Jerry.  Oh yeah, bring Andy with you!  :)

We had a blast at this tournament, but dogs and I are give out and stove up!  First two boars sat morning were some good ones but cut most dogs up pretty good, but nothing life threatening. Our largest boar was 227 and second was 193lbs with a 155lb sow stringer. We also caught three mule footed hogs in a row and they wanted to stay in trailer and come back with us.  Great time even though we were lost the entire time and wasted much of our time trying to get around barbwire fences.  Too many of those in Texas! Lol. Those youpon thickets are for the birds! Not as bad as our wildcat pine thickets but still no fun.
Looking forward to another tournament soon!
