Title: New to hunting hogs with dogs Post by: GenStonewall on May 13, 2010, 07:42:01 pm Hey y'all,
I live in south central Kansas - but originally from near Tyler, TX. I've hunted hog before but without dogs. I'm getting a red leopard catahoula soon that I would like to train to hunt hog - but ain't got any idea how to go about doing that. Ideas? Suggestions? Thanks in advance. Correct me if I am wrong, but I heard running hog dogs was illegal in kansas? You can do what you want on your own; or let somebody run dogs on your property, especially if the hogs are tearing it up. Oilfield guys shoot 'em all the time.
