picked this up after the first of the year. Romanian PSL 7.62X54r. shoots 1.5 MOA with most surplus ammo:

       How do you like the Howa. I have been looking at one in 22-250 for varmints, but did not know enough about them.

as well built as any Remington or Winchester I've owned. metal finish is impeccable. bolt is very smooth. has 3 position Remmy type safety, which I like and you can see it is a shooter. she doesn't even have 100 rounds down the tube.
