Title: 6-24 Corn Field Hunt Post by: Bar M on June 25, 2010, 11:34:40 am Hunted a new place last night. Corn Fields. Had a good hunt.
Within 30 minutes of being there Tango struck one. We were trying to get to him but he ended up catching it. A young boar. Tied him and sent them out again, after 30 more minutes struck another one. We let the catch dogs go. It broke. They got him stopped in just a couple of minutes. Decided to call it a night. Dogs were hot and tired, Corn was pretty thick. Turned out a good hunt. That is some pretty good damage for one spot. Our hogs like to spread it out and do it all in the middle of the field for some reason.
