Title: what songs gets you pumped before a hunt? Post by: Black&Yellow on July 31, 2010, 05:25:48 pm I listen to music all the time all kinds and i know some listen to music to get adrenaline goin or just to get pumped up before the hunt or at least i do. Just tell me what kind and what the title and band is. Im curious how this turns out.

Post by: djhogdogger on July 31, 2010, 05:58:27 pm I just listen to what ever is on the radio on the way to a hunt or talk about strategys on the way but i think that "A Country Boy Can Survive" is a good "going to the hunt" song. LOL Or " Louisiana Saturday Night" but I'm kinda old school. ;)

house of the rising sun - don't know off the top of my head dirty road anthem - colt ford rain is a good thing - luke bryan 25 - life - eminem won't back down - eminem ft. pink i could go on..but these are normally played on the way to the spot and one of these is definantly played before i get out of the truck... When I'm goin' to whoop somebody's ass... or the only one gettin' ready to paddle out into 4-6', 50 degree NorEaster surf... I like to go with Filter/Hey Man Nice Shot.... Since I been hog huntin' a while now... I don't need no music to get me pumped up no more... In fact, just the opposite... I tend to listen to somethin' that calms my nerves... the adrenaline pump will come soon enough... and usually when you don't want it.... Inasmuch.... Curtis Lowe/Skynrd, Carolina/Shooter Jennings.... type stuff usually keeps me grounded... ready for the chit. Title: Re: what songs gets you pumped before a hunt? Don't need much to get psyched for hog huntin', the bark is enough.
