Title: Got one tagged Post by: Txhoghunter on August 01, 2010, 03:12:59 pm Decided to go this morning to get a sow tagged at the ranch. Called a good buddy of mine to help me out. I just carried Hollywood and D-man and my cd, Hank. Wasnt long we had a group bayed and I told Chris I hoped we caught the big spotted sow out of the group. They must have heard me because when I walked into them to break up the group, they left and bayed in a pool, and had the spotted one ;D Got her caught and tagged, now we'll see where she goes. 8)

How often will you be checking on the location of the ear tag or does it pull and store data on regular pre-programmed intervals? As soon as we get all this corn and beans out of here I will try and place the other 4 tags as well. I wish I could figure out a way to pull up a map and show ya'll the approx locations from week to week, that would be interesting.

Use Google Earth, put a location marker where you track the pig, then save as a jpg. Then upload to photobucket.
