Title: Well started male Post by: Caddo co. hog dog on September 11, 2010, 07:46:07 am I have a well started male half plott half lab that will be two Jan 1st. He has found quite a few pigs for me. He is a independent dog meaning he will do it alone. He loads on the hood on his own and in the box. He has no aggression problems and is livestock broke. He has been cut a few times and never quit the pig. Needs a little more time with a finished dog. My reason for selling him is when he is right behind a pig he yips.. He don't open at all while he is tracking. In my neck of the woods we can't have that because it's way to thick and it kinda gives the pigs a heads up.
