Nope.... Still on the "to do" list.  But I did buy some heifers and a butcher steer the other day ;D

I keep thinking I will stumble across a deal on some pigs. When I do, I have a pallet of feed ready for them.

Can't you just feed it to the new cows?

Actually, I can't think of anyone that wants to be like me.  Strange as it seems, it's the truth.   ;)

Chris what are you looking for? I have a neighbor that gets yorkshire and hampshire for a pretty good price IMO we got a yorkshire from him for $35 and she was about 90# when we got her.

It's some high dollar show pig feed ($24.50 per 50#)that was given to me.  I feel like it would be wasted on cows... I'd rather put it to use on some pigs.

Something like the deal you got, except that I would like to find them either close by, or when I am already hooked up and hauling in that direction. If I latch onto the trailer and drive a couple hundred miles it sure adds up in cost per pound of finished product.

Oh yeah I understand Ill send you a pm. We are wanting to get a good Hampshire boar for our Yorshire sow and thats it, then were going to get rid of all our wild hogs, they are good to eat but just dont grow as fast.
