Title: 2 young gyps***SOLD*** Post by: Jared H. on November 28, 2010, 01:11:53 pm I have 2 young gyps for sale. The first is a 1yr old dark brindle 1/2 Mtn. Cur 1/2 lab. She has been on several hogs since I've had her and will bay the hair off of one. I've seen her bay tight in the face of a hog then try to bite if the hog turns. She hasn't trashed on me except for an armadillo but I wouldn't say she is trash broke. She always stays with my other dogs when we hunt and they're normally 200 or more yards out. Not sure how she would do by herself. Would like to get $150 for her and need her to go to a good home where she will be hunted.
The other gyp is an 9-10 month old linebred YBMC. She is very long legged and super fast. I've only hunted her once and she went out with the other dogs 600yds but we didn't get anything. I've staged a couple of hunts with her and she did very good and got gritty with the hog. I would like to get $50 for her just because she isn't as started as the other but has a lot of potential. Also need her to go to a good home where she will be hunted. I would like to see them go to the same place because they have been penned together and get along very well but if not its ok.
