Title: My Catahoula/Blackmouth/AB cross... Post by: Explorer on January 14, 2011, 01:15:50 pm As mentioned in a previous post, next week I will be getting a 8 1/2 weeks old Catahoula/Blackmouth/AB cross female. When she is older, I am planning on testing her in personal protection just to see how she would react if her family is in danger. Has anyone seen those types of crosses do personal protection training, and if so how did they do? I know this is not the right board to ask this question, but I also know there are more people on this board that are familiar with this type of cross. Maybe some of you know if such dog would protect their property, and engage if needed even under pressure just to defend it's owners. Thanks
