Title: Craig, here is the new Charolais bull Post by: matt_aggie04 on January 24, 2011, 06:36:05 pm Here is the new bull I bought. He is two years old and out of the Poth McCoy area of south Texas. He has not been baby'd at all and should really put the weight on that frame with just grass here on out. He seems pretty easy going and all of his family memebers are know for being hard workers that require little to no attention.

I think you are going to really like him, provided he is like the other two I've been around. Hard working, easy keeping, and gentle. Speaking of 200lbs you ought to see that cow you carried to me last week. Another two weeks and you won't be able to tell her apart from the others.

They almost lost three of those calves on Sunday to the bumper of my truck. I was trying to shut the rig down, coming down the hill, and the little fellas kept darting in front of me. That bull sure did put his stamp on that herd. |
