Title: Saturday Morning Massacre (15 Hogs) Post by: Texas_Cur on January 29, 2011, 05:40:07 pm My brother and I met up with Aaron BMC, Courtney, Tait, Aaron, Karen and Sticka Dan around 7 am this morning in the swamp. We took 6 cur dogs and 4 bull dogs. We had 15 hogs caught by 1230. We stuck some, we tied some and we cut some and turned them loose for another day. Multiple 200#ers, biggest going 258# on the scale. All in all, a great morning in the woods with some good folks and some great dog work. Best part about it, not a scratch on a dog.

I dont believe I have ever been so tired after one hunt. ;D The dogs worked great. They couldn't have done any better. It was real exciting to get to see some one outs and some bays and some open catches. THanks for the hunt!!! I look forward to next weekend.

The curs did awesome rolling out after every catch. We got on a big sounder and as soon as the catchdogs hit and caught out, they were gone catching back up to the hogs.
Courntey got some really good video footage today too but we forgot our computer. We'll get it downloaded and posted soon.
