Title: Looking for older rifle Post by: ejj005 on February 17, 2011, 12:56:55 am I am looking for an older rifle. Preferably a remington 700. I am wanting one that I can pick up pretty cheap. It can have scratches all over it the blue can be gone. Just needs to be able to shoot. Not in a hurry to get one I am just wanting a project gun that I can work on. I want to reblue the barrel and put a new finish on stock. That kind of stuff. If anyone has one just let me know. It doesnt have to be a remington.
