Title: Barr caught 2-19-2011 late on posting Post by: catchinpigs on March 10, 2011, 02:14:02 pm 268lb barr hog me and a buddy caught on a new place. The owner want to make sure our dogs didnt trash on deer. I assured him that they didnt, but he went with us to make sure. We caught this barr in a creek and he was backed up in the bank ready to fight. After we got to him and turn Bobo (catchdog) loose he sealed the deal. Needless to say we got the combination to the gate plus 2 other places that total about 10,000 acres to hunt.

I always say "they don't chase deer, they're after them white tails". Them things are like flags, dogs fall for it everytime. J/j they're not that bad...ugh.

Hope they heal up all right. My freaking dogs got on one at the deer lease Sunday. I thought it was one of my cur dogs but it was a white yearling they was chasing. It was a white whitetail. It had a little red in it but not much. It is purty much all white. My dad had seen it all deer season. Needless to say the dogs got a little whoopen when I got to them. Lol

Lol Yeah he worked em over real good, but the stichin job I done on them seemed to work pretty good. I havent been home to check on them, but Im sure they will be ready to go when I get back in Monday.
