Title: 3-13-10 Post by: ChaseG on March 13, 2011, 05:15:42 pm Me and chase (co on here) went Huntin today. We needed to catch a pig for my dads birthday this comin up Saturday so we could cook it. I loaded all the dogs up and had to go get our pig trailer from my buddies house. Once we got it I figured we'd go try a spot down the road from his house. We got there and cut em loose. About ten minutes in a couple of the dogs took off then I heard nig open up. Then the other dogs got there and it opened up for a second and I guess the oinker decided to run. We were tryin to make our way to them and kept stopping to listen. We got about 40 yards away and there wasn't no barking. They dint had him caught. I imagine it was my brindle gyp that started it. We went ahead and let max go for extra safety. Got him tied then went and loaded the dogs then we drug the pig out. A lil boar prolly about 140 or 150. He's in a cattle trailer now waitin for Thursday when he will start gettin prepared for saturday ;D just a fun lil quick hunt. I didn't have my camera and I Gorky to take some with my phone but I did get this one on the way to get the trailer
