Yall have any tricks your sleeves to help momma dogs not looks so poor when they have a litter of pups. She gets fed freely right now but I hadn't wormed her since she got bred so that could be it. I been giving her Pet Tabs just a vitamin supplement for dogs just wondering if yall knew anything I could do.

 You can feed her puppy food or put milk replacer on her regular food, that should work getting here back in shape after a good dose of wormer. Also go by your local bakery and buy the outdated bread they have as animal feed that will fatten em up in a hurry also and its cheap.

feed her twice a day and add some used cooking oil or bacon grease to her feed. also worm her every time the pups arewormed until they are off the teats.

I agree with big Ben on the bread. I have a dog that's healthy as can be but wont hold weight. I started feeding him some white bread with his regular food and he stacked weight on fast.

The best thing you can do is start feeding the pups
look for a milk replacement formula for puppies on the net.
My dog had 15 puppies, i made the said formula and would soak puppy food with it.
I started supplementing the puppies at 2 weeks old.
Not one puppy died and the female didnt lose too much weight.
I also fed the female as much as she wanted.
She was eating 6 to 8 cups a day. Her bowl was never empty during that time.

Bino makes a good point. I start feeding the pups between 2 and 3 weeks. The books say feed  4 times a day and cut the feedings back as they get older. I only feed twice a day but keep in mind that the more they eat the less they feed off of the momma dog and this will help to keep the weight on her.

I used to take a lot of time and used different feeding methods but over the years made it real simple and it worked as well as the other formulas. I like simple and easy. :)

Just add water to a good grade of dog food, a high quality puppy food is best but doesn't have to be. I mix water to a small batch of dog food and refrigerate it over night. The next morning I warm it up on the stove or microwave oven and then stir it up into a mush and might add a dash of milk if the consistancy isn't the way I like. I then mix another batch with water and refrigerate for the evening. I always mix and refrigerate the batch before feeding so that it will be ready for the next feeding.

Medicated Calf milk works the best.

Canned Puppy food twice a day for the gyp,   offer it to the pups also, put small pieces on your finger and put it to there nose they will go at it..  once the pups start eating feed them twice a day also..
make shure and worm your pups.

I found the formula, This works great and like I said kept the 15 puppies happy and the momma from getting skinny.

This is the formula, just scale it up depending on how big a batch you make

10 oz of condensed milk or goats milk
3 oz of water
1 raw egg, ONLY the yolk, supposedly the egg white has a protein in it that the pups can not digest at that age)
1/2 tsp of Karo syrup (dont use honey it will plug them up)
1 cup of plain yogurt (dont use the non-fat, the pups need the fat)

Mix that up and pour it on good quality puppy food. After it is soft the puppies will tear it up.

beef tripe has always helped me add weight to a dog that is getting thin. It works great but its one of the few things that my wife wont feed them.

I made big pots of white rice , puppy milk replacer
and beef liver mixed with high quality dog food

to suck the tits up asap, as soon as the pups are off of her completely, skip a day of feed then slowly work her back up to normal feeding.
