EAST TEXAS HOG DOGGERS FORUM

Well Jake,Mason and I made a run we hit a few spots and nobody home!!! This was Jake's 1st time to go with us and I wanted to get on something!! Mason said lets go see if that runner is home (we have hit this same hog 4 times in this greenbriar patch always run us though hogs to get away) I told Mason I'll take stray and go down the road where he always goes across. Mason and Jake drove down and let 2 of Mason's dogs out and a min later he was home got a bayed sent the rough dogs and Mason dog male hit him before the rough dogs got there and the race was on!!! He didnt come my way and the gps was rolling I ran to the truck and went and got them and gps was 900 and rolling. about 3/4 mile we drove and out in the open they had him caught ;D I yelled at Jake go get him caught hog ;D He put the COLD STEEL to him and done deal !!!

Taking down a known runner is always a great victory.  Still trying to figure why you run with such a tough crowd Will!?!  Everybody is frowning like they bout to woop sum body's arse! Lol.

nice hog but i have a question bout that blade. i have heard alot about cold steel, but do you like it and bout how much does one run

83spud - I initially had the Cold Steel SRK5. One piece, rubber grip, tough and sharp as all get out. Long Story short I acquired the nickname ColdSteel because I have serious issues with a passion for sticking hogs, sometimes more than once, so as a continuation of the nickname I emailed Cold Steel to send them some pics of their knives at work...not only did I get a hand signed letter from Lynn Thompson, founder of Cold Steel, but he sent me a shirt, hat, and free knives!!! So in one of the pictures above you can see the cold steel hat and shirt, in all black, that was sent to me. In conclusion, that was a huge display of appreciation and generosity by Cold Steel and I was hooked before, but now I am a huge fan of Cold Steel! go to their website and watch the videos and tests they put their knives through...you can see for yourself!

Good job you guys cold steel glad to see you have not lost your touch, with a fine pice of steel. We will have to set up another trip.

Will - Thanks again for allowing me to bring the Steel  ;D  I must say though, after viewing pictures and hunting with him several times, Mason might be the worst lookin kid Ive seen in a while. Amazing he would try to take a girl on a date before the hunt!!!!   O0

The Steel is always ready for a road trip as it doesnt always make it through airport security haha!!!

Man Im so glad we got Mason into the modeling arena. knowing that Will and I are the best lookin in the group, its fine to have a young rough looking mason be the face of the sport. He will be turning 15 or 16 next week and got his first toyota corolla with dog boxes on top. great rig. Everyone please vote for Mason so he can walk the runway. We can bring all the hog doggers to the fashion world in support of Mason and his international shirt and international hunting style. Santa Fes finest to say the least. I knew he was cut out for modeling when he shed a tear as he got mud on his pearly white t shirt and pricked his finger with a thorn. He could go big time guys, good luck mason!

Scott - I am an ex runway model. I changed my life and became a hog dogger thanks to you. Ive put my modeling career behind me and now the only look I do is called COLD STEEL!   :D  Mason is early in on his international career. I was never at the international level. Ill work on it!

Jake I'm sorry we can't all sport around them tight camo jeans u where wearing. Jake failed to mention me and will had to help him up on the tailgate because his pants where too tight he couldn't lift his leg up .hAha. I may be becoming a model but I couldn't sport them pants around like u did....  Haha

Mason - you always knew I was a plus sized model. Those jeans used to fit in 8th grade. I guess I ate my way out of em? Ill go back to our typical runway model eating disorders so I can get back into my plus sized camo jeans! (BTW you know they are chaps, so they dont stretch and dont have a whole bunch of forgiveness like I need ;)

HAHAHA - believe it or not, its my dads company hat from the arly 90's. The buckle broke on the back so I "over engineered" it with electrical tape to make her fit my bucket head. Im glad you like it!! ;D
