soak diamond puppy in water and feed them that 2 times a day and add powered calf milk to dry dog food and keep it out for them at all time so they can allways eat  dont add water to it thought  it will just make a mess

you can also soak some dry puppy food in evaporated milk that you warmed for a few seconds in the microwave, i started that with my pups when they was 4 weeks old to take pressure off the momma

I always started feeding pups baby cereal and baby formula mixed with warm water at that age. Then started mixing Diamond puppy in with it also after they started eating the "mush" good. They're old enough and should be fine.

If pups are 4 weeks old they should be eating.  Mush and a mix of mild subiment or can goats mild is good.
Goat milk in a bottle works great and gives them strenght.

I use some stuff from the feed store called Esbilac and it seems to work good for transitioning the pups off the momma, is is nice and thick and the pups take to it pretty quick.  I put it over diamond puppy and blend it in a blender and make a liquid paste and they love it.  A few days of that and then you can start just making it more and more solid.

Like Mr. Mason said, I'm partial to the goats milk as well. We mix it with the kibble to make it mushy starting at 3 weeks old. In a pinch, we'll use the Carnation powdered milk as well. The pups do real well on that concoction.

Most Grocery stores have canned goats milk (in baking goods, near powdered milk) so you can keep in the cupboard for long periods of time to have on hand when needed.
