Title: How old were ya
Post by: Bar W on April 15, 2011, 12:15:04 am
When you legged and flipped or stuck your first hog. My son just turned 12 and has been wanting to start legging hogs for awhile but I've been holding off cause he is mamas baby ( a 5' 9" 175 lb baby mind you ) and she is scared he'll get hurt. I didn't start hog doggin until I was in high school anyway all the age topics got me wondering.

i have a four year old daughter, she aint been yet at all. her momma put her foot down on that one. but mommas having a baby boy next month, just as soon as he can walk he will be in the woods. but i do think they need to understand death before you let em kill anything. problem with society these days is that MOST kids dont have an understanding of death. when you shoot something (or someone) it dont come back on the next level or when you restart the game. Coach looked at him smiled and said defensive tackle.
I just got back into dogging so he didn't have a chance when he was younger. But he's been hunting and killing his own deer for a few years. Just gotta convince mama he'll be safe.
