Wyman Meinzer Texas State Photographer I had never heard of him until I saw a link to his website on another site today. Wyman is one hell of an artist. I can only imagine the things he has seen in his lifetime and to be able to capture some of those moments and share them with others and get paid for it would unbelievable.
