you should talk to james(longshot) about this. he hunts those jagd terriers, they are small. very tenacious little hunters though.

and where did every1 get the dogo/ab dogs

Douglas Mason ( http://www.txmasoncatahoulas.com (http://www.txmasoncatahoulas.com) ) also has some "Catdo" catahoula/dogo pups on the ground now that will make some fine catchdogs.


 

Krystal is still breeding, and is expecting some Captain pups in January. She's selective about temperament as well as catching ability and desire. She seems to have the market cornered on the big white dogs because her stock is consistent. We have hunted with many of them and are hard pressed to choose a favorite.


We saw Mr Mason's Cat Do puppies a couple of weeks ago. They have great size and we were super impressed. Almost all of them are brindles just like Victor, their big brother. They were probably 6 or 8 weeks old when we saw them, and already trying to "hunt" on their own. Looks like they are going to have plenty of confidence.

It would be up to an individual's own taste as to what type of catch dog to go for. Both of these lines come with a slew of folks who love them and swear by them for different reasons. Have fun catch dog shopping!
