IF the post on craigslist gets deleted...This is what it says....

BEWARE!!!!!!! *BOW SAFARI*
ANY and ALL types of hunts at Bow Safari in Coalgate is a SCAM!
KEITH WEST (person running it), is a crook & false advertises!!! Empty promises, and animals are VERY scarce (if any at all)! I tried SEVERAL times to resolve issues I had with his so called "hunts" -VERY evasive and wouldn't return calls.
All of his references are his friends that "help" him. It was after that I had found out that he previously owned another company in Ada called Red River Ranch, doing the same thing until he was forced to close down!
Do your research and DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Sorry guys I have been getting ready for our festival. We have turned whoever is posting this crap into our lawyers and the legal department with Craigs list.  None of this is true and we don't know who this guy is. He didn't even know the correct name of my other ranch. Anyway i don't mean to defend myself if the guy had any balls he would have answered my emails  or call me and say something to my face. He is a #@$$*^% coward and I would love to meet him. I have a very good reputation and a large list of clients that would beg to differ with this guy. Hopefully the idiot will quit or show himself. Keith

I got this from another site while doing some investigation. He talks about River veiw ranch and a Tim and Keith West

See the comment from this review and what ranch he got this hog from.

I just got back from a 3 day hog hunt at River View Ranch in Ada, Ok. We had a grat time and I wanted to pass on my recommendation for it. I have been to 5 other ranches and haven't found one that I wanted to return to. The main reason we enjoyed the trip was because of Keith and Tim West. There are great guys. The stands are also in very good condition with nice shooting lanes. That is one thing that bothered be on some other ranches. We shot 5 hogs and 1 Sika on our hunt. Cant' wait to go back for a Fallow for the wife!

Yes Tim is my brother. He lives in Ada still. We were never forced to shut down by no means. I wanted a change and my brothers Tim,  and Steven really didn' want to grow the business. They both help run our dads business but I am full time hunting so I needed to grow my Elk and Whitetail business so I partnered with Bow Safari and moved down here with all my clients.    As for the tournament it looks like we are going to have around 20 to 25 teams. Going to be fun. I was going to tell you guys sorry again for the bull crap floating around  Craigslist but you know that daddy didn't marry mommy is the one thats sorry. Maybe I should post a reward for info on who can find out who he is.

figure it out he is wanting 200.00 a team and the first place winner gets a 1000.00 dollars.  they have them texas and they pay out from 2000.00 to 3000.00 dollars so someone is pocketing some money somewhere.

I wouldn't care how much money he makes on the otherside, thats busniess.....Although after $200 for entry fee,3 hour drive there and back, 24hours of gas for hunting, Food and other things just for a chance to break even. I think needs to be taken in consideration. I wish I lived closer.

Ok. People make things too difficult sometimes. 1st place gets a $1000. I don't know what I will pay back to 2,3,4 yet. I won't know until Friday when we see exactly how many show up and pay in. I have alot of money invested in advertising and the all day event on Saturday, so we have to make a certain percentage back to pay for the expenses, hell thats just business. I'm not independently wealthy like you dog hunters are!!! Just kidding. Whatever the payout is look at it this way, you are trying to win a $1000 bucks with 1 $100 hog.

Hello all, I am new to this forum but would like to introduce myself. My name is Scott Trotter and I have been helping Keith West with his business for the last few months in an effort to better his business and overall marketing. The majority of that has to do with Keith himself. In the short time that I have known this man and worked with him on this new hunting ranch endeavor, he has become as much a friend as client. I personally refuse to do business with schmucks and lowlifes to which the original post from the Craigslist mentions. This is not the case I assure you. Again, in the short time that I have known this man he has time and time again impressed me with his attitude and personal relationship he has with his ranch and all who hunt with him. I have personally read a multitude of reviews, letters and comments made by people who hunt with him and they are positive to say the least. I guess when you have so much positive in your business there is bound to be a certain amount of negative to balance it out. Which is the case with whomever posted those slanderous and hurtful remarks about Keith and his business. I guess it is true what they say, you can't make everybody happy. In any regard, this man is of his word and the word is "Honest".
Now as far as the Dog tournament at this years Ham Jam Oklahoma Hog Festival. I would like to apologize for any holes that may be evident in this years event. As this is our first ever Hog Festival, we are all new to the inner workings of most aspects and are learning valuable lessons currently. This year is hopefully the first of many to come and as we grow and learn more about the world of "Hog Doggin" we will strive to make it everything you would hope for. Including, better payouts and possible prizes. We are working on many aspects of the ranch including this yearly festival that we will host and many other opportunities for everyone to get together and enjoy what the world of hunting hogs has to offer. Thank you for reading this far if you have and good luck in all you do.
