Title: New Fl Cur Pup Post by: rdjustham on June 26, 2011, 10:37:43 pm Got back into town Sunday morning around 130am from Disney World and had three emails from friends who had been tasked with finding my ole lady a yella gyp puppy for her college graduation. That and every puppy she saw she had to have regardless as to what kind. rolleyes but since she puts up with all my mutts and likes going to the woods probably more than me what can i say i gave in. ;) her biggest gripe was she wanted her own huntin dog and seein as i dont like leopards i set some ground rules. Talked to a buddy tonight and a friend of his over towards moore haven had a litter on the ground. After some hagglein we came to a reasonable price. FREE ;D

Im told she gets to train it.. I have a feeling though she is going to be asking a lot of questions since she has never done it before. her grand dad had some hog dogs when she was a kid but thats the limit to her experience. But thats a long way down the road..lol She already listens to my advice as long as i put it ummmm... gently? lol.. Oh and I finally talked her into June Bug.. Might have somethin to do with me just callin the dog june bug while the she wasnt around ;) ;D |
