If you ever get around the Waco area, plan on coming 30 miles south and eating at the B & B Market aka The Tub in Marlin. It is definetly unique. Hambuger patty, lettuce, tomato, guacamole, sandwiched in greasy cooked corn tortillas. Onced you have eaten a burger with a corn tortilla, you will never want a bun again. I have tried to duplicate it at home, but never have mastered the exact flavor.

They did a Margarita happy hour during lunch. Made lab after lunch interesting. There was also a good little cafe north of Waco at the West exit.

There are several locations throughout the metro area. It is a toss up between the Ron's Special or Sausage Cheeseburger every time I go, but either of them are awesome. Their spanish fries are freakin awesome too. If you're into to BBQ, Legends BBQ in Oolagah has the best beans I have ever had, and their meat is above average as well.
