Title: Re: corn Post by: mod93dirt on August 27, 2011, 01:49:19 am Wow, I feel bad for ya'll down in TX. I am paying $7.49 for a 40lb bag of corn at Atwoods here in Oklahoma and I feel like I am getting ripped off. Last year it was 4.50-5.00 a bag. To make it even worse my apple and pear trees are not producing nearly as good as they did last year. Nearly all the mast off of those trees last year went to feed the deer. Needless to say my deer aren't going to be fed as good as they were last year. The drought has taken its toll for sure. I have identified two bucks on my trail cam pics this year that show no improvement to their racks from this time last year.
