I've had males, around puberty age , have something like that come up, hormone related, and vet whacked it off. If it's an abcess, shoukd feel soft and liquid filled. If its some type of tissue reaction, it will feel more thick, like thick swollen tissue. If u lance it and nothing comes out, u know its some kind of reactive issue there
