Title: Re: 45 Long Colt for hogs Post by: KerDog77 on September 29, 2011, 01:23:58 am 45 long colt should work fine on hogs. Heard bad things happening when firing hot loads in the judge though.

I've knocked down a bunch.I recommend the first two if you want to shoot the hot stuff but the other two will do it as well.
Title: Re: 45 Long Colt for hogs Post by: lapdog on September 29, 2011, 11:12:11 am I ve got a uberti, havent looked real hard for different ammo. most what see are like the more primitive looking cowboy loads. The cowboy loads dont seem real accurate to me. I did buy some of those lever revolutions the other day they looked to be of higher quality, Then most of what I see. My pistol is like a Colt replica. Im not sure how hot a round you can shoot out of it though.
