There has been a string of livestock shootings in the Rosston, TX, area lately involving several horses and cattle. The first victim was a solid white mule that was part of a driving team. The latest victim is my 2011 APHA Chestnut Overo colt. Someone senselessly shot him last night on FM 922 in Rosston. There is a reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons involved in these acts.

Man,, that kind of #2 just makes me SICK!! i hope ya'll catch the no good  *!#!! before the police do so he can experience some Texas Justice,,,, sorry for ya'll losing your horse,, sure was a beaut,,

I have no remorse for the kind of people who do such things, here is hoping they get theirs!

Dang man, Sorry about your colt. Hopefully they will get caught and ya'll can put a stop to that. That would take a low life son of a gun to do that. Makes you want to catch them yourself no what I mean.

 Sorry to hear about your colt. It takes a very low life piece of scum to do something like that. I hope that getting the word out like you have done here will encourage someone who knows something to come foward. Those types of people usually like to brag to their friends. I hope they put them under the jail.

same thing has been happening in okla. , about a month ago  a couple of farmers lost several cattle that someone shot with a bow , and last week a farmer found two cows killed and feild dressed in there pin , just left the hide & guts , what goes around comes around sooner or later

OMG!!!  THAT is just WRONG on SO many LEVELS!!!!  I think public hangings should be brought back and these low lifes should be made the example!!!! 

You know i can understand stealing, not saying its right by no means but if you steal something your gaining pocessions, maybe making money what ever, you road hunt a deer you get a deer to take home and dress, 
but whats the point in shooting livestock ?  atleast the one guy mentioned did take the meat kinda has some rationality behind it.  But what do you gain by shooting a horse? Unless it is a grudge or something i guess.  Im not agreeing or saying i do or would do anything like that but i jsut dont see the point.

I will never understand the people who do these things. I hope they get caught soon!

 not trying to get off the topic. but we was hunting the other nite.. and around 2 in the morning  seen lights in a field that wasnt suppose to be there. we jumped in the truck to move that way.. when a truck cam out of no where. drove to where the lights was.. turned around and hauled but.. 5 min later we could hear the  truck hauling but down the road. leavin.. but this was by gunner.. deer season starts.. and people think they got to shot almost anything. but why on earth would u shot live stock.. we hunt up around there sumtimes.. and we will keep eyes and ears open for this stuff...

Need some wet leathr string, 4 tent stakes, some high tx heat, an ant bed close by and dome sugar water or cane syrup. When they get caught stake'm in an open field n let them ants n buzzards hav a feast with them

funny thing is this is an article in my old cities newspaper, just happened. long story short 2 fellas killed two donkeys and a llama

sad thing is i know one of the guys, went to school with him. like i said its a sad claim all in itself and i hope they get whats comin to them, if they mess with the wrong rancher they would never be found

Sorry too hear about your colt. Them kind of people need to be hung. Does anybody know where at in oklahoma this happened
