Somebody needs to sue PETAs heads on behalf of their asses.

For real can we all just sue PETA for being the biggest bunch of morons on Earth. I guess pretty soon everyone is just gonna have to open their doors and gates and turn all their animals loose cause they're being held against their will.

just goes to show. that if u got the money u can sue for anything now days.

The unfortunate part to me, is that Sea World will have to foot the bill to defend themselves against this BS lawsuit.   PETA probably knows they won't win the suit, but if they file enough of them, then eventually Sea World, or other companies like them, will be less profitable due to the cost of defending themselves in court.

The judges need to start throwing out bogus lawsuits.

From this I can only imagine that every zoo in America will be under attack next. What a bunch of morons. I have to imagine that those whales at Sea World are given the royal treatment, and most likely, after being bred captive, wouldnt be able to survive out in the wild.

Hey dub. How man judges u know that hav half a brain that hamdle these kinda court cases? Look at woman who spilled hot coffee on her lap, sued mcdonalds n won. That was a court case of stupidity, just as this case is. Where in our constitution does is say animals hav constitutional rights? Does it not say in the book of genises, that man has dominion over animal? The quote aint verbatem, but i know its closely along them lines. I kinda seem to be fresh outa bibles over here n cant find mine since iv moved 10 times in the past 8yrs

The "right" thing for any judge to do would be to dismiss the case, fine PETA for the frivilous suit, and make them pay all attorney fees, with penalties and interest.
Do that a couple of times and PETA will begin to suffer from their own stupidity.  rolleyes

Until tort reform is passed, where the LOSER in a lawsuit pays all court costs, nothing will change. These people have nothing to lose, lawyers are jackasses trolling lawsuits, if they file 100 n a year and win only one large settlememt, it makes their year. But lawyers control govt, so it will be very difficult to do. We need more common sense hogdoggers running for office and judgeships.

    I'm sure he is on there to just make a good impreession because of that TV show they had "wild boys"...

Well if the whales are seen as humans...then that one whale should be charged for murder for killing his trainer.
