Title: My First Trip Post by: BigNoseKate on October 29, 2011, 07:59:34 pm Well last night was my first doggin trip, with my wonderful fiance and great friends, Shylar and Joe... and Kurtis too! I had a blast, and to say the adrenaline rush is addicting is an understatement. Seeing and hearing dogs work together to get such a powerful animal caught has to be one of the coolest things I have ever seen!! I got to take my lil bmc, Big Nose Kate who has the hog-hatred, and we experienced the first-time amazement together. We got a nice boar hog down at the first spot, and I'll tell you... there are NO words to describe the excitement of running in the dark ( I didnt take a flashlight) towards the sound of a decent sized hog and excited, working dogs waiting on us to get there. I'll never forget running up to that bay and seeing this big ol boy there! Thank you Shylar and Joe and of course, my wonderful fiance Jared!!! I hope there are many more to come!
