Title: 3/18/09 Post by: HBR on March 19, 2009, 06:44:43 pm my part of the hunt goes like this. It started with an alert on the nextel from swampdonkey (he never alerts) . so i know something is wrong. he says we are stuck ,now at this point i just layed down in bed.So i got dressed and went out there to pull them out ,as i am almost to them (another half mile) jake calls and says they are on a big one . so i stopped to see if i could hear anything or not but i missed it all ,so i go pull out the ranger while they are walking back to it . Then i wait for them to go get the pig loaded cause i am in sweat pants and the good ole rubber boots. then i took some pics ,So i will let them tell ya'll all the exciting stuff.

Title: Re: 3/18/09 Post by: swampdonkey on March 19, 2009, 09:19:02 pm Yea wasnt a bad night at all wasntin expectin much out of the night cause we where hunting behind my help dog because my main dog is bout as big as round as a watermelon with pups an we where pretty hard up on goin hunting so we hoped for the best an thats what we came out with i was pretty impressed with her last night. That dang thing felt like he weighed bout 500 lbs pullen him up the side of that steep slope on that resivor thats for sure.
