THERE IS A SPECIAL PLACE IN HELL FOR SLUGS LIKE YOURSELF. MY DOG WAS WEARING A TRACKING COLLAR AND A CUT VEST AND WAS OBVIOUSLY NOT A STRAY. YOU KILLED MY BEST DOG AND A GOOD FRIEND. YOU PUT A HOLE IN MY KENNEL THAT WILL BE HARD TO FILL. YOU PUT TEARS IN THE EYES OF MY BOY. SO I GUESS ITS PROBABLY BEST FOR THE BOTH OF US YOU ARE A COWARD.

I especially hate to hear that this happened at Cherokee. My buddies and I have turned loose there several times and wouldnt have thought this to be an issue. Right now nothing is really in season and there is really no reason to even have a gun there, except for predator hunting maybe. Did you contact the warden or area manager about this and if so what did they have to say? This makes me think twice about running dogs down there.

I had the same happen to me last year lost 2 good dogs to a rifle.
