Title: Blake Granbury Memorial Post by: TShelly on February 26, 2012, 06:07:20 pm Pretty good weekend for Team " High Yellow" (changed team name do to mixture of blacks and yellows lol)
Team members Big E, Jason Thompson, Byron Lennox and JJ Jerrel Dogs rolled well. Big E's Boogie and Jason Thompsons Joe dog carried the team on there back with the young dogs doing real well. Just fell short on dog power. Between the members, 5 finished dogs were on the DL. Still caught 11 the first day, 4 the second. Weighed in 1075# on day one and 812# on day two for a total of 1887# which was good for 2nd place. The winning team got us by 39#'s and had some good hogs. Anyways not many dog stories or pics on these tournament weekends. I didnt hunt any of my dogs Ben, just the 4 team members were allowed their dogs but those boys up there all have littermates to her.. Jasons black gyp,Trash is coming along and made a hand this weekend. Byrons Bigfoot dog is still trying to figure it out but progressing well.
