Title: Anyone know what to put on a Staff Infection Post by: Saw-blade on March 01, 2012, 07:23:28 am A guy gave me a bulldog that looks like warmed up death. Supposedly he's a catching machine but has been sick. I took him to the vet he said the dog has staff. He told me I could get medicine from him for about $5 a day 6 weeks worth or I can give him 1cc of baytril in the muscle daily. Well I went with the baytril since I have a bottle in my medicine bags. It seems to be working good but he has some open sores on his legs that look like puncture wounds. Does anyone know of anything I can put on them to dry em up and get him healed up?

I know some people make fun of it but Vetrycin works really good too. Good luck with your dog.
