Title: Polaris Ranger Tires Post by: spazhogdog on March 06, 2012, 07:30:58 pm We have a Polaris Ranger and got some ITP tires last year and have had alot of problems with the back tires tearing by the knobs. We took it back and got new one and it did it again in about a month, after about month. These tires were recommended by the dealer, knowing we haul dogs and hunt. During deer season Terry drives alot on lime rock roads and doesn't get rough with it.
What kind of tires do you all have on your Rangers? Thanks Title: Re: Polaris Ranger Tires Post by: TexasLacy on March 06, 2012, 07:55:29 pm Not 100% but I THINK I have kenda's on my buggy

Title: Re: Polaris Ranger Tires Post by: jsh on March 06, 2012, 09:03:48 pm I hunted a 6x6 Ranger for sometime and ran ITP Mud Lites on it. Hunted some pretty rugged terrain and never had many issues. I know some friends are running some real good tires with Kevlar sidewalls. They also make a run flat tire that can be driven 50 miles after a flat I'm told.

Title: Re: Polaris Ranger Tires Post by: POTTER on March 07, 2012, 09:14:53 am ITP tires are the worst tires I ever bought, they tore at the base of the lug, replaced them twice, just put on some maxxis bighorns and no problems so far, allot smoother too

When he had the transmission replaced, the service tech at the dealership told him he had only replaced transmissions on 3 Ranger in his career and all three had the Radial Outlaws on them... He has the Maxxis Bighorns now...
