Post by: triplek35 on March 20, 2012, 07:59:00 am
Does anyone know what to use on dogs with ring worms, my dogs got put in the box with a guy's dog that had ringworm and now they are showing up on my dogs. Thanks for any help

selsun blue works very well. Apply full strength and leave on for 5 to 7 minutes on the infected area then you have to wash it all off or it will burn the skin around the ring worm. Normally do this 2 times for 2 or 3 days. This also works well on people and other fungal issues

Any antifungual cream or spray will work, it will take about 3 weeks for it to fully heal

Athletes foot spray works well just spray it on the spot and a little around it and do this for a week or so and you should be good

Sponge some regular old bleach on it. As long as the dog can't lick it. Used bleach for 10 years when I wrestled worked magic
