Title: FFL ? Post by: nosightsneeded on April 10, 2009, 11:13:16 pm correct me if i am wrong but when mailing a firearm the recipient has to first mail the sender a FFL. now does the sender also have to get one to mail it off? its been awhile but last time i thought i only had to get one to receive a firearm.

You will have to ship that gun to the address on the FFL. And you are correct in that you do not have to have a FFL yourself to ship the gun to someone else.
