Another story that just made me smile. Nice to see the "little guys" get lucky. And, the Maryland winners were 3 school teachers. More "little guys". It said they met with financial advisors about investing it. Hopefully, they met with tax planners too. There are ways to avoid some of the transfer taxes that inevitably will apply, especially to their children. 60,000,000 with 13 others...there for a little bit he though he was the only winner of the biggest lotto back in 1993... ;D |
