Title: Getting young dogs comfortable with riding on the box. Post by: redline on June 30, 2012, 03:51:09 pm I clipped my dogs on top and they just laid down and froze. Drove around a bit and they didn't seem to be coming around.
Do I just keep them up there until they get over it? Title: Re: Getting young dogs comfortable with riding on the box. Post by: flcurdog on June 30, 2012, 04:28:19 pm I have found Just time up on there is the best way to get them comfortable, when teaching pups to ride on the box I clip them in and try to take the smooth roads or pasture with the least bumps to get them used to it.
