Me, Fin, and the boys made a run Saturday morning... deer season's comin' on quick so we are savouring every hunt at this point  ;D

Kicked Whaler and Shiner out first, they rolled out and bayed up a lil' bo-hog in a thick palmetto stand... eased in and caught hog, Lane brought a friend that had never been on a hunt so the poor little feller was a bit overwhelmed lol... but he tried  :D

Wish I had somebody to carry me into the bay hahaha  ;D

Whaler/Shine rolled off and caught another sow a ways off... had her caught for a while, as we had to drive a good ways to get around to 'em

Kicked the next set out, Sawfish, Spinner, and Camo... as we walked in, saw a good track that had been using the same trail for a few days... eased along following it for about a half mile before the dogs pulled out  :)  All three dogs split up and went their own way, Sawfish came bayed a good ways off and as we made our way to him, the other two found him and locked down the bay.  Took us a good bit to get to them, as we got close, I had Lane try and video but he had a hard time, so I thought I'd ease in by myself and see if I could get some video...  as I go in, I saw a big, long legged hog with some sho enough teef and I said "the hell with video", as I jammed my phone in my pocket to chase Bucho into the catch!!!!  ;D

I REALLY need a damn film crew... this was a real cool bay and catch!!!

I LOVE this short clip LOL(even though it is sideways, was trying to take a picture and just happened to catch this moment on video)....  ;D   You can tell kids to watch their ass until you're blue in the face... but nothing makes the concept "sink in" like a close call HAHAHA   ;) ;D

Caught another hog at some point, but I cannot remember the details lol!!!   Deer season can kiss my ASS!!!!! ;) :D

How old is your dogo now ? How you liking his progress ?

Thanks yall, Dirtydog, GG is coming on 9 mnths right now...  still just a big puppy... worked her a few times over the last few mnths and she is catching, just not real sure of it lol... she's defenitely slower starting than I am used to... but as long as she hardens up by 16mnths, I will be happy.  She is physically a great specimen, VERY athletic, VERY fast(not looking forward to the first broken bay if you know what I mean...)

... only variable I am watching is whether or not she "hardens up" sufficiently.

Good hunt brother,.....wish I could get on some but it's sooooo hot here it's too dangerous on the dogs. Glad y'all got 'em though.
