seen the add on southern airboat. Dogs are bred right and should be good. That one was my favorite, but they were all nice. If i was in the market for a pup i would have got one also. Keep us posted on her progress.

Thanks, both the parents looked good.  Guy I bought it from seemed to be pretty serious bout his dogs.  He defiently had some nice looking ones i'll be lookin to see if he breeds.

The Mother was from Mark C. right?

If those are the same ones I am thinking they should not bark much.

Hey Toyota Todd that pup right there is not going to bark much at all. The daddy to those pups is JAAAAMMMM UP. I've seen the hogs he's produced. Shes going to be jam up. Good luck with her.

Lionel the mom to those pups is out of monkeys last litter and you know personally those dogs. Jam up Florida curs. Heard you and Bo caught a good one last weekend.

Todd they hunt over towards crystal river and north of there. I've hunted with Mark Chesser who owns the parents to the mom of your pup. They come from and have true Partin blood in emm. Probally the thickest around beside the parties and their cowboys. Monkey is a one dog hog dog. The dad to your pup comes from some old cow line and is as gritty as they come. By the way I was actually going to own your pup but had to work cow more so i had to pass her up so at least I can watch her grow and prolly kick myself haha ngood luck with her. Juniors cuzin got a little gyp off me a while go and that's how I met them. She is a true fl cur a 110%. I hunt the cape and a few ranches in bellview and I go down south.

Sounds like she might turn on pretty good. I remember. You saying u hunt the cape ive been working out there a lot lately.  Haven't seen too much. More on the Nasa side and down near haulover rd.

They are there and are in full hog force haha. We hunt unit 1 which is everything north of haulover to us 1. Where abouts do you hunt?  If I'm correct Jon has had those pups already baying.

More of south brevard.  Ya north of haulover is packed, I work on the radar at the end right before us1. Well that's one of like 10 sites I help maintain.  There are a few small areas around titusville and cocoa I hunt.  Got 2nd week for toso and plan on hunting st Johns this year.

I know nothing about the Dad.

The grandsire is jj and was all catch. She was just a curdog out of Marks cow dogs. He mother was a black and tan that looked real similar in color to that pup. I think her name was Chelsea....and in my opinion she was very easy on the eyes! ;D

Monkey is they only partin so your pups would only be 1/4 partin dog. He is not real rough.

The pups I have seen out of the monkey/jj cross were not real rough. But crossed over a rough sire I am sure the pups would be. They all are about as mean as a rattlesnake!

The mother to your pup cant be very old if I remember. Maybe 2 years old at the most. A little young for me, to be bred.

Good luck with your pup and keep us posted.

I haven't been on the board in months so I don't know a lot of the newer guys on here. Seems a lot of the old guys aren't on here anymore either....

Anyway, I had someone text me and ask me about that pup you posted a pic out of. I bred the mother to that pup (Monkey x JJ) and she isn't but about a year old. She turned a year old in July I think. I called her Tar Baby, not sure what the guy calls her now.  I was asked if JJ's dam was a black & tan but it was her grandmother that was a black & tan dog.

Thought I would post a couple pics you may not have seen to give you an idea of what the dogs on the dam's side look like. I don't know anything about the sire of your pup.

Couple pics of my Monkey dog. He turned 8 in June and like me, is slowing down some. He has been a good dog for me and I have caught/bayed a lot of hogs with him on many different properties. I think that shows what a dog is made of, if he can produce hogs on private land where hogs aren't pressured, on public lands where they are pressured a lot, and hunting different terrain with different types of hogs. Some bay easy, some don't bay at all in places!

Monkey and two of his daughters. Full sisters to the dam of your pup

JJ. Your pups grandmother on the dam's side.

Chelsea. JJ's dam. You can see she is bred in this pic. Great Grandmother to your pup. This is my Spur dogs dam also.

Frannie. This would be the Great Great Ggrandmother to your pup. She is about 10-11 years old in this pic. Frannie was born in the early 1980's. She is a great aunt to my Dixie female also, as her littermate sister was Dixie's dam.

I have a few more generations of pics but not on the computer. That was before digital cameras and computers! Hopefully this will give you an idea on the dam's side, about your pup. Good luck with it!

Mark im glad you alive!
pm me your phone number, i lost it. have some ppl interested in your dogs.
burley is doing very good. medium to long range dog. has absolutely no bay on any hog at all. he screams when he sees the hog and then catches. he has turned into a handsome dog. he has a very clean holding style and has yet to get cut bad. i hope i didnt jynx myself on that. i still dont think he will live to long. has a great nose and drive. ive controlled his ill temper to a point. i got some pics of him on lots of hogs but i dont know how to get them off phone to here. if my ol lady would do it i can send you some. call me sometime i plan on hunting fl a good bit in the winter.
