I watched a video on shark week where three men lived in a floating raft in the Pacific Ocean for 47 days during WWI only to be captured by the Japanese on the Marshall Islands and held as POW's for two years while being starved and torchered. Within two week of returning hom they married their sweet hearts, had kids, worked their ass off and never looked back. Truly amazing people with mental strength that far exceeds anything I can comprehend. |
