Title: Two More Down! Post by: MFKennels on August 24, 2012, 01:02:31 pm Bayed these two hogs together this morning and dogs kept them tight! Left Hooey leashed to the tree and i went in with my ol Lariat rope and rolled a knot on one of them. I have to say i roped plenty of hogs on horse back and on foot but this one was with the top 5!! lol That ol pig felt that rope cinch up and that hog was jumping 3 feet in the air and i was holding on for life! Finally dally off to a lil ol tree and ran down the rope and put it on him! Noticed his right ear was knotched and seen no nuts thought it was a sow but he was a Good barr hog! Dogs rolled out keep running circles and this hog was not wanting to get caught! Finally they bayed em in a pond and that was it! Got em caught and tied and he had a bob tail and knotched ear but still had his nuts! Either way it was a good hunt!
