Title: 2 Trained Quail Dogs Post by: brandeek1 on August 31, 2012, 01:24:53 pm We have 2 male (1 neutered) 1/2 Brittney 1/2 Pointer quail dogs. They are approx 3 years old. Short Hair. Fully trained. Brothers. Great with kids and other dogs. Have not been hunted in a year. My husband got them cuz he thought he would have time to hunt, but he does not. They are just sitting in our kennels and they need to be hunted. I know nothing about the commands they know. Pretty sure they would run themselves to death though. Not barkers in kennel either. Not diggers. Hunt great as a pair. (we were told they did). Got them from some folks in a neighboring town that raises Champion quail dogs for a lving.
