Title: Nice ole boar hog Post by: hogdog05 on September 08, 2012, 06:01:28 pm Turned out last night at 8:35. Dog rolled out and bayed. Knew we had a nice one cause jasons dogs weren't trying to catch. Sent catch dogs in Jason grabbed his legs I went in for the stick. Got to looking at this hog and realized he had been the one given me the slip. I have bayed him 4 times, killed a CD, this was the second time I have had my hands on him. Last time we bayed him 80 yrds from the truck, dogs held on but took he took them where he wanted to go. I jumped on his back and was gonna stab him (that's how I do it if I'm by myself). And saw Jason stab him. I knew it was kinda high and back, but the old hog drug me off on a tree and laced up his new nikes and left. After sticking him last night I told Jason that it was the same hog he said "ya think" so I found the old stab wound and showed him. We were pretty excited we finally caught this rascal.
