Title: Re: Sunday afternoon doggin Post by: pltx ken on October 25, 2012, 03:08:36 pm Julian, I got the dog from Justin. yes I believe he got the dog from Greg. They use her as an extremely close range strike dog I use her as a catch dog. I have caughten several good hogs with her and I have yet to hear her bark. She is extremely fast and has a great handle but as ugly as sin. She is really turning out to make a fine hand when I first got her she was not familiar with the woods and if I sent her to a bay and she made it to the woods she would not go any further. I had another buddy hunt her that hunts nothing but woods and he walk hunts and he really got her tuned up to the woods. But yes I believe we are talking about the same dog and she has really made a fine hand.
