For sure got a few good dogs on the top but its all about how they've been bred since the few dogs in there that I know about.

Ya that's a lot of different dogs....I like to see good names more than once in a pedigree.

X2...really like a good line bred dog.  He goes back to some good blood though.  Give him a chance and see what he turns into.

On the top side every dog but James's Midge goes to Ben Jordans Henry are my littermate brother of Henry, Punch. The Yogi dog was owned by Charles Spurgen before Bo got him and was a good one. The bottom side is pretty much all Carnathan except the Ladner dog. The Millers Captain dog is all Carnathan and one of the first yeller dogs Randy Wright owned. The Piney Woods dogs are Lewis Ross dogs and mostly Carnathan bred.

It depends on what you consider good. Most of the dogs on top would get out of garmin range on a runner and most of the dogs on the bottom are real catchy and close hunting tree dogs.

basically what im gettin at is there a good chance of pups outta her turning out? or would it be better to go with a more closely bred proven line?

There's still no tellin what is on the sires side but there are good dogs and culls in any line.  You won't know for sure until you give it a shot but there are for sure some good dogs there and I wouldn't be afraid to try it.

Another question you might consider.....is the price tag on the pup gonna be reasonable to your budget. Would recommend to ask more specific questions on the sire and dam and who has (Actually Witnessed) their performance not just the name on the registry and the calculated % of a dog that is generations back.

Might hold some hum dingers back a ways...but if everything else in between is poop.......ya gonna get a taste.

Justa lil devil advocacy.  >:D.

Hope ya get a goodun regardless bud.

The sure is out of Thoms yard which known for his Ben wright yellow jacket blood. I personally prefer the yellow jacket when it comes to hogs if u are picking from those names. It says the owner is mr wright so IM SURE he can/will tell you anything you want to know about the sire.Which organization is the pup registered through? I'm not sure it works with two different papers.

Haha.

Alot of work being done on the front side for a free pup.. Bay him and put him in the Timber. If he is a keeper then worry about who's who's.  If he don't......burn him and them papers.
